What is apricot oil?

For anyone trying to boost the natural strength and beauty of their hair, knowing where to start is important. That’s why for a lot of people the use of apricot oil has become a go-to starting place. Otherwise known as apricot kernel oil, this is made from the seeds that are found in an apricot itself. These are one of the richest sources of vitamins and fatty acids that we can find in nature.   • A rich source of Vitamins A, C, and E, which can contribute to hair growth long-term.
  • Also rich in omega-9 fatty acids such as oleic acid; great for hair softness. 
  • You can find that apricot oil helps to reduce dryness, including combating dandruff.
  • Lubricates and hydrates your hair helping to improve dryness and manageability over time. 

Apricot Oil Side Effects

Of course, like using any other kind of essential oil product you have to be aware of the potential for damage in the long-term. With this oil, though, the main thing you have to look out for is over-excessive usage of the product itself. If you can avoid using too much of the oil, then you should have no real side-effects to worry about moving forward.
